Privacy Policy
deploy3d (DEPLOY3D PTY LTD, ABN 81 696 480 725) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through deploy3d.com.au and in the course of quoting and installing WiFi and network systems, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect
When you request a quote. The quote form on our website asks for your name, email address, phone number, suburb, property type and a description of what you need. We collect this so we can respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
When we do work for you. To design and install a network we may record details about your property (layout, existing equipment, cabling), the equipment we supply and configure, and your contact details for scheduling and support. Login details for any equipment we set up are handed over to you at completion and are not kept beyond what is needed to support the installation.
When you visit the website. Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace sets a small number of cookies that the site needs to work, and first-party analytics cookies that record visits in aggregate (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites. The quote form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes limited technical information about your browser to tell people from bots; Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service.
We do not collect sensitive information (such as health or financial details) and we ask you not to include it in enquiries.
How we use it
We use your personal information to:
- respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote;
- schedule, carry out and support installations;
- issue quotes and invoices through Xero and keep the business records the law requires us to keep;
- improve the website using aggregate visit statistics.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for marketing lists without asking you first.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only for that purpose: Squarespace (website hosting and form submissions), our email provider, and Xero (our accounting software, used to issue quotes and invoices). Some of these providers store data outside Australia (for example, Squarespace and Google operate servers in the United States; Xero stores data in the United States and Australia). We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Storage and security
Form submissions are stored in our Squarespace account and forwarded to our email. We use reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including password protection and limiting who can access it. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, for completed jobs, for as long as our business and tax records require.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@deploy3d.net. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first; if you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Children
Our services are for property owners, tenants and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always at deploy3d.com.au/privacy-policy, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
